"We loved this small hotel. The room (we actually had two, coming in a night earlier than expected) was attractive and funky - kind of industrial chic. Great bar downstairs and excellent location with easy access to some of Wellington’s livelier areas. "

"Great apartment, really central, right in the Wellington CBD, handy to everything. Walking distance to Te Papa and the Beehive. Loved that it had a washing machine and dishwasher, a kitchen sink and Hobbs, everything you need. What I loved most was decent sized bath towels, that actually wrapped around your body! And the lift was super fast too which was a bonus. Great place to stay."

I think the concierge could have been more helpful in educating ourselves with the hotel and surrounding restaurants and activities. "

"I found this to be an excellent experience. My wife had been admitted to Wellington hospital which was just across the road. It was a perfect location for regular visits. "Location is right on the water along Oriental Parade. Close to some excellent restaurants and a great coffee shop. If you are up for a bit of exercise, Mt Victoria is right there. Fun retro rooms with Danish style furniture. Good size room and very nice washroom. Staff are friendly and helpful. "

"Great little boutique hotel with a wonderful location directly across the street from the Museum and the marina and about a 15 minute walk to the cable car. Wonderful art throughout the entire hotel and beautifully curated. The hippopotamus restaurant is great with a great view. Would definitely stay there again and highly recommend. "
