"My family and I booked 6-8 rooms at the Triada Palm Springs this past weekend to celebrate my mom's birthday. While the resort itself is cozy and the general staff was absolutely wonderful and kind, our entire trip was ruined by an employee, who was incredibly rude, condescending, and unprofessional. On our second day, came to the pool area and threatened to kick us out, shut the pool down, and call the police, claiming we were "taking over" the pool and leaving a mess. We had about 12 kids...
