"Just the water pressure to use the shower wasn’t working well"

"The hotel is right next to a train, so you hear it go by a few times in the day. The hotel gave us ear plugs but honestly wasn't enough. Still loud. The floors were laminate which was nice for cleanliness, but it was cold in the room. Shower and restroom was stocked and clean. Also, it was a rainy evening when I arrived and there were towels surrounding the patio doors on the 2nd floor. Not sure if there was a leak or the water was just seeping through, but it was concerning. All in all of...

"Great food and staff. The rooms were super clean too!"

"Awesome front desk staff and breakfast"

"The breakfast buffet was excellent. The staff very friendly and very helpful. Free parking how awesome is that."

"Everything was amazing!!!!!"

"The staff were very helpful and pleasant!! AC worked great!! Room was cleaned everyday. Always parking. Very close to a lot of things. The only downfall was it was very noisy. Great tho. Will book again 😁"

"Stayed here because we needed to be close to northridge in the morning and the traffic was mild. Plenty of parking. Motel style location. I thought it was cool to stay at a place that had a restaurant that was featured in movies and shows. Unfortunately it was only a set and not a restaurant to eat in. Lobby closes at 2am so be sure to arrive before then if you are getting in late. Basic continental breakfast. No eggs or sausage but toast, fruit, yogurt, cereal and juice. The recently...

"The staff are not very helpful at all when trying to request an early check in. And top things off our shower was clogged and they did nothing to correct the matter, this will be the last time we stay at this hotel."

"Everything was great but the people staying there were a little sketchy! There was a dad watching his kid flipping a butterfly knife at the entrance, a man screamed at me to let him in the pool…."

"On check in, there was a sign about extra fees, so I asked the person helping me if I was being charged for it. He assured me that I had already prepayed them through Expedia. But I was charged these fees and no one could tell me why, since I had prepayed. I was supposed to be charged only $12.00. Then suddenly I had to pay a parking fee. The manager refused to help out and told me to file a complaint and dispute. Also, the breakfast was not good. No flavor. Everything was dry."

"The room had a funny odor. In addition, the front door lobby stayed unlocked all night. No security measure to scan hotel card to get in or take the elevator. There are no security measures in place to prevent non hotel guests from getting in."

"This location is amazing. Everything was so clean and the staffs were very helpful. I would definitely stay here again!"
