"We couldn't believe the the high quality and presentation of the different Breakfast options included with our room. We have never had a breakfast that good at a 5* hotel. Kudos to the chef. Location wise you can't beat it in Charlottetown."
"Lovely heritage property beautifully restored. The Cook's" room had a nice sitting area, great bathroom with large shower, very comfortable beds. The breakfast was delicious in the heritage dining room. Staff were very friendly."

"The breakfast option is good for all kind of diet. I have a vegan breakfast that was good for my needs. They offer also Gluten Free options, and of course a regular breakfast with a lot of options. The bed comfort was great."

We ate off of the menu in the restaurant for supper. The menu on the elevator advertised one price for a burger meal, but the menu quoted a price which was higher. The advertised lower price was not honoured and the waitress basically shrugged it off. People who arrived after us were served first and got their meals first, which was disappointing.
The front desk staff was very friendly, which was nice to see. Check in and check out was seamless and quick."
