"Great front desk staff. Hotel feels a little dated. Our room smelled musty. Front desk offered to move us. Good access to lake shore drive"

"Very convenient location, literally next door to Chicago 360. Top floor heated pool is a great amenity with lake view. Room air conditioning is quiet and functioning pretty well. Room has good space but only has a coffee machine and microwave, could have been better stocked with a few dishes and cutleries since it's a suite. Front desk staff could have been friendlier."
