"This was our first stay in a CitizenM, had no idea what to expect that could be different from an "ordinary" hotel. First, if your interest is museums, tours, restaurants, the location is spectacular, right in the Loop. The property itself was immaculate, the room immaculate, if a little small, but the ethos of the brand explains that, as we learned. They are targeting mobile "citizens of the world" who need a place to sleep, but who will hang out in the city or in the lobby living room/collaboration space. Everything about our stay was excellent – highly recommend !"
