"We were pleasantly surprised to find we had been upgraded to the Manor House, what a superb experience from start to Finish, thanks to Bianca, Earl, Poloko and all the waiter and Kitchen staff. will certainly be back!!"

Downside: Need to share bathroom with other guests. It was often cleand though.

"This is one of our favorite half-way stops on our way down to Cape Town. Wildernis is a quant little town with world-class restaurants and The Wildernis Hotel is such a great place to stay. Lovely pool, padel, tennis and mini-golf facilities. Excellent breakfasts! And very, very friendly staff."

"What a great little Guest House. Upon arrival we were greeted joyfully by the owner who walked us through and showed us around, she could not have been more kind and generous. Our room was perfect and sadly it was only for a one night stay. Breakfast was cooked to order which included plenty of sides such as yogurt, fresh fruit, toast, lots of different teas, coffee, cheeses, croissants etc. I had a very pleasant conversation with the owner over breakfast.
