"Fantastic location, never had to get in the car to enjoy all the best of Manitou Springs. Hotel was spotless, beds were comfortable and staff was very nice. Did not try the breakfast because there were too many good coffee shops in town to try. "

"Property is contactless check in with no one onsite, however saw the housekeeper daily and she was very friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and the location can’t be beat! Free parking within Manitou and walking distance to every thing. Loved that I could hear the babbling creek behind the motel. Made for great sleeping. Great base motel for all the activities the area has to offer! "

"Great weekend stay! Staff was helpful and place was clean and close to downtown and Cog Rail. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub."

"We did not have a working toilet. There was no attempt to move us to another’s room or adjust the bill. "

"Checked in got the room amd the attic is missing the door part staff was able to switch his rooms immediately."

"It was very new and very clean. We are not accustomed to staying in such nice places that are also affordable. I liked the self serve coffee machines like gas stations have. Nothing beats a fresh brew."

"I've stayed at Glen Eyrie at least half dozen times and enjoyed every visit! I've stayed in the Castle, the Pink House, and Glen View Lodge. The breakfast is just so-so, but everything else is fabulous - wonderful place for a personal retreat or family get together."

"Room service breakfast was 30min late, when we called to find out what’s happening with our service n their excuse was chef was busy. I ordered huevous rancheros and it consisted of 2 OE eggs, some black beans and 2 small corn tortillas. It was missing all the other ingredients. I expect good service, good food as well as good facilities- unfortunately we only got one of three. Also, was put in a single king suite instead of the two double that we cc reserved. We were told you were “over booked...

"This B&B is excellent. The Staff is very friendly and helpful with knowing the area. The breakfast’s were so delicious and accommodating to special diet needs. The house itself is beautiful and location is wonderful. Highly recommend and can’t wait to get back there. Love this place! "
