When the elevator would not move due to weight, she took one of our bags to our room up 2 flights of stairs. When we left one of us went into elevator with bags and the other walked down. Location is great - only 4 tram stops from central station and 1 long block to walk. The hotel is historic and interesting. Our room size was on the small size but...
