"This place is so run down. The carpet is all bubbled up everywhere, the rooms are ancient, it hasn’t had anything done to it since it was built 50 years ago. Our room had a running toilet that no one came to fix. The key cards are so difficult to work that you have to slam the door handle down with your fist in order to get them to open. This place is an all around terrible hotel. Stay next door at the Sheraton. "

"Rooms are newly renovated which is good. However, food isn’t very good. Staff directing cars for parking are bit rude, they didn’t offer valet service first and had to ask for it, felt bit inappropriate. But overall the room is good!"

"Stayed here for 2 nights as a family of 4. Room and hotel areas were very clean. Breakfast was above average and had something for everyone. Location was very good and close to activities and restaurants in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again. "

"The staff was exceptional at the hotel . I am disabled and they were very helpful and gave us free parking at the front of the hotel . The bellhop upon arriving was so kind and considerate. Would definitely go back in a minute . Room and view were spectacular. Thank you !!"
