"Interesting building, very nice staff, particularly at the front desk, the bar and breakfast. Efficient and friendly. Great sized room. Ideally I would have been closer to the city centre as it is about 30 minutes from Royal Albert Dock and the centre. I've found breakfast options seem to have reduced generally across these sorts of hotels, lack of seeds, nuts, hams and cheeses etc. I prefer a broader choice as often found in Europe. Otherwise perfectly comfortable place to stay."

"Room quite dark due to navy walls but modern. TV in very awkward place to watch. Noise from nearby clubs/bars but luckily we could close doors/window as the hotel had thoughtfully put a fan in the room (weather very hot -28 - 30 degrees). Downstairs cafe / reception very comfortable with air conditioning. Prices reasonable. Easy to walk to shops, docks, museums etc Enjoyed our stay "

"Fabulous high quality hotel. Lovely rooms and excellent food . But please dont add tips on by default to already high priced food. Over £35 for two courses and a canned drink."

"Room was clean and the bed was so comfy and spacious had double doors we could open table and 2 chairs as well so did not have to sit on the bed Had breakfast thats was lovely would definitely recommend even said we will come back in September "

"Booked last minute, we were pleasantly surprised with the accommodation. We were given a family room despite having booked a twin, it was huge, 5 beds!! Towels, bedding, sheets etc were crisp and clean. Room was themed which was quite amusing, I'll bet the kids love these rooms. Dinner was also very well received. Icing on the cake was two free pints with our meal. The price for the night was less than £55 which again was great value for money. Overall very impressed, will definitely book...

"Had an amazing stay here! Apartment was clean, spacious and located perfectly for the show we were going to. The price I payed was really good for the quality of the apartments. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking to stay in this area. The communication from the hotel was really good, being a self check in I was a little concerned but everything was great. "Very new hotel that actually feels like you are entering an office. Everything feels brand new. Rooms are large with wonderful shower and bathroom. Reception is run by very young staff but they are excellent. Very helpful and polite. They even bake the pastries for the morning breakfast in reception. Location is almost in the L1 shopping centre, so if you love the shops, this hotel is ideal. Also few mins walk to Liverpool Central station and Lime St station just 5 mins further up the road. "
