"Acorn Lodge was a great place for us to stay to visit a friend in Aldeburgh, eat out at The Lighthouse and The Regatta and to enjoy a day full of companionable relaxation in the countryside. My friend has mobility issues and the Lodge proved to be excellent accommodation for her need. Pristine facilities, thorough cleanliness and thoughtful little extras made this stay memorable for us."

"A real gem, fantastic staff, the whole place is welcoming, friendly and clearly a community hub. The restaurant (Cleone's Italian) was a surprise bonus with great food and the Paradiso ice-cream sundae was absolutely supreme. An excellent base from which to explore Suffolk and a place you will look forward to returning to each day. Thank you to Cleo, Ross, Grace, Lily and all the staff for being wonderful hosts. "

"A lovely cosy cottage. Beautiful uninterrupted over fields..The staircase to the bedrooms was a challenge coming down, until you have come down a couple of stairs to reach the hand rail. Everything else was great. Also the cake left in the fridge for us ftom the owners. Great food in the pub down the road."
"Amazing stay, will definitely book again for later in the year. Nice touch with essentials, tea coffee etc. we enjoyed the hot tub too. Lovely quiet area. Very clean and tidy.

"Excellent property overall in beautiful village surroundings. Sadly an issue with little insects in the kitchen and bathroom that requires daily attention to remove them (to be fair I didn’t report it as managed myself). Wouldn’t have found the property without additional info as address takes you to an entirely different road. Property itself was very spacious with outdoor space (though not enclosed and secure if you have young children or dogs) but a beautiful quiet setting. "
