"So close to all attractions, lovely modern accommodation. Kids are already asking when we can go back."

"The family room was a good size. Bed was comfortable. Towel hooks were lacking in the room. Maybe because it looked as though part of a rail was missing above the end of the bath.The carpets heading to the first floor had wrappings lying around and weren't cleaned during our stay. The cooked breakfast was good. We had a good evening meal. "

"This was our second stay at Lomond Castle and just as impressive as the first. The apartment is perfect for a couple, with a very comfy and spacious bed, good shower (and bath), well equipped kitchen and a lovely living room space to relax in. Being right next to the Loch means that you wake up to a beautiful view each day, and the location is perfect for exploring. Overall, perfect for a short stay, and we will certainly be back again in the future."

"The hotel is beautiful and the staff really friendly. We tried different restaurants, all were good. The breakfast was good, everyone will find something. The gym is excellent, the pool is nice and warm, though too crowded and may be a bit small for the hotel size plus club members plus lodges. Due to the beautiful location it is complicated to get around without a car. "

"Much as the location and the stunning views are all plus points of the property, I felt some basics could be much better. Instructions of various living do's and dont's, within the property were not available, particularly, with regards to operation of heating controls. important during winter stays.The quality of bedding in both bedrooms was very poor and the 'double bed' in the second bedroom was awful!! it was disappointing the nice 'looking' fire place in the lounge was only a decorative item. Doesn't even light up. This turned a potentially, snug and nice lounge area in a cold winters evening, into a cold and depressing one. Cooking utensils such as pots and pans could be improved."
