"The hotel was in a great location. It was easy to walk everywhere. The rooms and bar area were clean and inviting."

"Really nice hotel and a PERFECT location. I only have a few small issues that kept this hotel from being top tier. One - the bed and pillows are terrible. Super uncomfortable. Two - No room service. Three - lightbulb in shower was out. Four - Walls were super thin. We could hear the people above us. Plus a few minor inconvenience type things. Again, nothing major. Overall, I would prob stay here again and recommend to others!"

"When we arrived the staff claimed there was no valet parking and told my partner to park at a parking garage two blocks down. They then let another customer in the valet parking when my partner drove down the street while i waited with the luggage. The tow truck driver was sitting near the parking garage, my partner told me, they were towing cars. This was a scam. When I complained to the staff all of a sudden they said my partner could come back and they would find parking. The staff at the desk miscalculated and over charged my debit for incidentals. The staff at the desk said they did not know. We got the wrong room that was originally booked. And then when I asked for a receipt when I left the staff said they did not know how to print one up at the front desk. For the price this was the most negative experience and if you want a trip to new orleans that is positive I would not book this hotel"

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel is in poor condition with dirty carpets and an outdated interior that needs serious renovation. Finding the room was frustrating due to the confusing layout, and the noise at night made it hard to sleep. I would not recommend this place."
