"The Blue Mountain Inn is a great place to stay. The rooms and hotel overall could definitely use some upgrades and/or a bit of a refresh, but the staff make the stay all that much better. We are at both restaurants and had absolutely amazing food and outstanding service. The rooms were clean and the bed was comfortable. There was also a shuttle service that you can take into the village and the village has something for everyone! It’s also a great place for families with children 10 and under as there are numerous play areas and fun water activities. "

"Great facilities, and the pool and surrounding areas were clean and well kept. Wish they had a water bottle refill/ fountain in the lobby or gym/pool area - but otherwise it was near perfect for our family and needs :)"

"Townhome was big with modern kitchen. Master bedroom was large and bathroom was fantastic. Support staff was easy to reach and responsive and got the internet sorted out within a couple of hours. Pool was nice and close by. Would have been nice to have an adult pool or better hours instead of 7-9 am and 7-9 pm of which the guests didn't respect as children were in the pool during "adult" times. With so many kids in the pool you can't even go for laps."

"The people at the property were great and the place was good the problem was Expedia advertising outdoor pool when there was not and not trying to solve problem with refund or make sure to find a pool for us the manager at resort was great and helped us with all our issues "

"I had a great experience at this hotel. The rooms look like recently renovated, so everything looks modern and fresh. It’s packed with amenities, making the stay really comfortable. Check-in and check-out were quick and easy, which I appreciated. Plus, there’s plenty of free parking available, which made things even more convenient. Highly recommend for a stress-free stay!"
