"We (5 adults) were in Colombo for a wedding at the Cinnamon Grand and this apartment was a perfect location. Really convenient to the hotel, shopping malls, short walk to Galle Face Green and walkable to Fort area too. Great sea views and lovely having the rooftop pool! Bathrooms feel a bit tired and thinner bath mats for under the shower door are an easy fix, but it was ideal for what we needed. "We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."
