It has all the necessary items for a comfortable stay : the kitchen is fully equipped, you can easily cook at home; the shower has a good stream without any surprises , the bed is great, small balcony to enjoy beautiful sunsets. Amenities say 1 restaurant none existed, say 1 pool bar but none existed, say fitness center but it was torn apart and closed. This is totally misleading and false promotion. Expedia has been aware of the situation for 2 weeks and done nothing to correct. Listed as a resort it is an apartment building that is poor condition that they are renting rooms out of. "The building was very hard to find. Our taxi driver spent an extra 30 minutes driving around the area because even our GPS was having trouble finding it. Once we did arrive there were no signs for reception at all - it appears to be an apartment building more than a hotel. Once we found where to check in they were very rude. We were hungry and asked where there was nearby to get food the lady replied "Nowhere. Can I go now" Overall the worst stay at any "hotel" I have ever had."

"A great place! Beautiful and calm, away from the tourists. Clean, stylish and modern. Cool to live right on the beach. Great pool, good staff and close to all we needed. Front desk fixed all we needed, like taxi, spa and boat trips (ask for captain Wit Wit!!!). The gym is more than OK. 3 really nice restaurants close. Two luxury style (Palm Seafood & Bennys) and one simple Thai style (Riverside), with the best food! Nice to have the longtail boats just outside on the beach, always activity....
