"The address given will take you to the office. The actual rooms are a short walk away in a residential area. If you don't have a lot of luggage and don't mind walking, I suggest you walk from the airport. There is a 7-11 and a few restaurants around, but not much. The area is quiet, except for the planes. "Charging about 100 US dollar for this and not as they promised pay back the money to us. (when we not even moved in to the room). They just refuse! Terrible experience. No reception, had to figure out a telephone number on a small sign on the window and some non english speaking person eventually showed up. Entrance and wiew showed on the pictures. Stay away from this cheating joint if you like a nice holiday!"

"This place has an amazing vibe. I loved my stay here (just under two weeks). It had everything I needed. The rooms were meticulously cleaned daily when I was out like clock work. The difference between Baan Rosa and resorts/hotel chains is it actually feels like a home. I couldn’t fault it. It was an absolute retreat for me and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the Bangtao area."

"The staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. The area was quiet and peaceful but you could walk 5 minutes to get to the shops. The room was basic but comfortable and clean. Bathroom was a good size and nice shower facility. Breakfast was great, they didn't take our order but instead brought out a variety of foods including hot food and fruits etc."
