"Onboarding super, the team was great and gave a lot of advise. The location is great as well, as you can join the main ski station and departure with the ski at feet from the hotel. We had a "family" room, here the room was comfortable but a little bit small, staying a full week for vacation would may be a challenge. Strengh are that you have also a restaurant in the hotel means you don't need to go to town if you'd like to rest. Infrastructure is also well with by side options like spa, billard...
"The staff were extremely helpful and the place had a nice relaxed atmosphere to it- the breakfast was good and the items were kept topped up to choose from. The hotel was in a good location for skiing so all in all it was perfect for us "

"Gorgeous property. The only thing that we struggled with was transportation to and from town. Busses are not consistant and stop running around 7pm. Taxis are almost impossible to get. Especially as a group. I spent most of my week trying to secure taxis, which was extreemly stressful, Hire a car, but if you are a group that will be drinking then I would recomend booking somewhere closer to town."

"We visited Les Gets for the first time and our stay at the Chalet-HĂŽtel La Marmotte could not have been better. We were warmly greeted by reception, had the most amazing room and so impressed with the cosy lounge. The breakfast was delicious, the location perfect as directly by the slopes and lifts (if skiing). The most relaxing luxurious stay in a quality hotel. We will return, thank you for making our break special."
"A great place to stay and handy for the centre of Morzine which is within 5 mins walking distance. The staff at the hotel were exceptional with nothing being too much trouble. "Beautiful Modern, stylish, high quality property in quiet location 20 minutes walk(5 mins drive) up a hill from Lovely Les Gets.Very close to the Bus stop (Excellent on time Bus service)to get you to Les Folliets Ski lift which opens up the ability to get to Morzine and Avoriaz easily and quickly as well as missing the lift queues at the bottom of the Village at Ski school times. Chalet is large and modern and perfect for a group of Adults and Children. Plenty of space and the Kitchen has excellent gadgets, Coffee machine, Wine Fridge, raclette, Fondue and fab cutlery, crokery and glasses for every self catering need. The Chalet is split between a downstairs lounge/den and bedrooms (our Teens loved this area) and then the main Kitchen diner/lounge with WC and Boot room before heading up to the 3rd Floor where there are 2-showers and 1-WC alongside the 3-Adults Double rooms.One niggle and a viewpoint:-Nordic Fire Hot tub is excellent but our Management company did not show us how to get it hot, just telling us that it was working even though it was very Cold!!! We did work it out and lit the Fire but we had to buy firelighters and the Chlorine was low, so a heads up would have been helpful before we arrived.Chalet does not have a local bar but this is not an issue if you are happy partying at home or getting the Bus back from Les Gets in the evening. Really positive experience and a top end Chalet created a fabulous Group Holiday. Definitely will return."
"Great staff and location. The hotel is clean but tired and the hot part of the breakfast could be better with fresh eggs as the powdered scramble eggs are particularly odd!

"The location is perfect. Drag outside the chalet and a chairlift 50m away. The chalet is at the top of the Chavannes gondola and you are amongst several mountain restaurants. The chalet itself is as described. We had 8 adults staying and worked well. Would definitely stay again."
