"Very friendly and helpful staff, nice place to stay for a longer period, spent there four weeks. Comfortable beds (if you like it firm). Absolutely recommend. Even it’s located close to the busy Soi Saiyuan the Hotel is very quiet. "

"We were upgraded to a Beachfront Pool Villa (thanks Vijitt!), and it was the most amazing setting. The private pool and view is magnificent, and the rooms are lovely. It was very private. We loved the beach, even though there are no waves, the quietness makes up for it."

BUT I feel what makes Noku Phuket so special is the staff they have employed there. Everyone is so kind and willing to help you. And the pleasantness they exude is genuine. They truly will go out of their way to make your time there enjoyable. My checkout was noon but my flight didn't leave till almost midnight. The resort allowed me to store my bags at the desk. I was able to still enjoy all the hotel amenities the rest of the day leading up to my flight. As well as shower before I left. If you are looking for a one of a kind place look no further. If you want relaxation, quiet and privacy this is your place. My husband and I received massages and they were so incredible that we went back a few days later and got another one! By far a top 10 experience for me. "

They had exceptional service and hospitality and the location is perfect for those looking to vacation away from super busy cities like Patong. I decided to upgrade rooms for a great price and it was totally worth it if you're looking for a comfier stay.
