"My room smelled like cigarette smoke the whole time which was gross as it was supposedly a non- smoking property. Also the furniture in the room has stains that made me put a towel on them before I sat down. On the plus side- the staff was very kind and helpful."

"This hotel is incredibly great! We loved staying here. The facilities, staff, room and the service is incredible. Only thing we think could improve is the massage services can always be better, and have more diverse offerings with varied therapist that are more confident. The other thing was that the room service was always great but even tho there was moments we didn’t want anybody in the room they still came in to clean up… Overall it was amazing!!!"
