"The legendary beauty of Tuscany is on full display. Rolling hills full of grapevines and olive trees as far as the eye can see. Very remote but also very beautiful. The villa has plenty of charm and space. Small issues due to the age of the place: unstable hot water and heating, awkward kitchen. But these are minor. We were lucky to be there at harvest time and local wineries were a real treat. "

"Very quiet place off the beaten track. You need a car to get to town. Owner was very nice and helpful. Apartment is small but has everything that is needed. To get to the bath room at night is a little challenging but we managed. We would rent it again if we come to the area."

"L'endroit est idéalement situé à environ 30 - 45 minutes du centre historique de Florence et à 20 - 30 minutes des commerces. Calme absolu dans cette charmante petite maison où seule Renate (la propriétaire) vit et s'occupe de vous si besoin. La piscine est très agréable et la terrasse pour déjeuner à l'extérieur est bien abritée du vent et du soleil l'été. Bref, nous aimons beaucoup l'endroit !"

"This property is WONDERFUL! It's in the middle of everything historical. It's located within a few hundred meters of the Duomo and the Baptistry, and within walking distance of shopping, trattorias, gelato, markets, and museums. The city has so much to offer! Staying at Le Stanze del Duomo was the highlight of our trip; we're in the middle of everything, and we could make several stops to rest throughout the day, and yet do everything we planned for. Laura was super helpful and kind! Actually the whole reception crew was great and made sure we were comfortable and our requests were met. Despite being an old lodging, but it's well-maintained and very comfortable. It has all the essential amenities and all the charm to keep you want to come back to it :)"
