First floor was under renovation not that it was actually part of the hotel which was one floor up elevator not very good worked but not for me. Our room was small . Bathroom was nice, shower great. Noisy at night but not their fault. Location was perfect to Duomo "

"Location Location Location!! Everything was super close. Short walk to the Duomo and everything around it including restaurants. The only thing missing was a bit more of a kitchen space would be perfect. The shower glass wall needs some sealer at the bottom. Our flight was late and they went above and beyond to get us in late. Super friendly staff. Extremely clean. Luggage storage was available to us for €5 each bag…super convenient. We highly recommend and definitely stay again!!"

"Beautiful area and perfectly walkable to a lot of the stuff we wanted to see. Lots of great eating spots between 5-20 mins of walking. It also felt less touristy than other parts of Florence which was great for us. Santa Croce is the not so hidden but less gross gem of Florence. The hotel itself is nice, clean and clean. Since the front desk is only open from 8:30 am - 8 pm we had a little bit of a panic trying to get a taxi to the airport at 8:30am on Wednesday morning when it wasn’t open...

"We stayed 6 nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, quiet and nice and clean. Was just outside the restricted traffic area so if you have a car it's good or don't want to be in the thick of the tourist area but an easy 15min walk. We dined with the locals"

"We had an amazing time at the Rivalta Hotel. My husband and I stayed in two different River View suites over a week, and both were equally amazing. The staff were phenomenal and went above and beyond for us. When we arrived we discovered that one of our suitcase locks was broken, and they sent someone up with tools to help us get in to it. We loved the breakfast each morning and rooftop patio. Very happy with our entire visit and will absolutely be back!"
