boa e tranquila
So recomendaria, cortar um pouco a copa de algumas arvores para ter maior incidencia do sol na piscina e na casa. Falta uma sauna e um salao de jogos com uma boa mesa de sinuca para quem fica por muito tempo, me fez falta.

Fiquei hospedada de 16 à 18 de março e foi maravilhoso. A casa tem tudo e muito mais pra q voce se sinta a vontade. O Wi-Fi e a TV funcionam muito bem e qto ao Vídeo Game levem pilhas pq é uma diversão à parte e vale muito a pena.D. Lúcia Obrigada pelo carinho. S Aldair tb um amor e muito atencioso. Um casarão, tem toda infraestrutura possível pra passar uma excelente estadia, vale a pena!
Eu e minha família passamos um Carnaval maravilhoso, longe da bagunça, em uma casa excelente, enorme com vários ambientes, construção muito bonita e tradicional, o caseiro muito simpático e prestativo, tudo de bom foi nossa estadia no Refúgio, e com certeza vou indicar pra meus amigos!

A paz invadiu o meu coração...
A casa é excelente e o condomínio também. Um ambiente de muita tranquilidade. Os quartos são limpos e confortáveis, a sala principal é bem ampla com diversos ambientes. A cozinha é grande e prática. A piscina é muito boa e estava bem tratada. Os caseiros Aldair e Ivone, que cozinha muito bem, são muito gentis e facilitam a sua estadia. Todos ficamos confortavelmente instalados. Pudemos ter momentos de convívio familiar em uma casa com um excelente projeto arquitetônico em um local cercado de árvores e pássaros. Parabéns à Lúcia, proprietária, por manter este belo imóvel ! Esperamos ir mais vezes.

Refúgio na Serra - isolamento com boa infra
Pontos fortes: casa bonita, aconchegante e espaçosa; área de lazer (coberta) com mesa de pingue-pongue, churrasqueira, mesas, cadeiras, espreguiçadeiras; excelente piscina (muito bem cuidada, por sinal); condomínio no meio de uma floresta, mas de fácil acesso (estrada pavimentada); caseiros excelentes (Ivone é gente finíssima!); bom wifi. Pontos fracos: uma das suítes possui goteira em cima da cama de casal (foi necessário mudar a cama de posição e deixar um balde sob a goteira, atrapalhando a mobilidade no quarto, durante toda a estada); nessa mesma suíte, o chuveiro também não é grande coisa (é do tipo europeu - duchinha com mangueira - e antigo, não muito eficaz - no verão, ok); há somente 1 geladeira na cozinha e 1 pequeno frigobar na área de lazer, o que é pouco, considerando a possibilidade de haver até 10 hóspedes na casa (éramos 8 e ficou bem apertado). A Lúcia, proprietária, estava sempre acessível por e-mail ou telefone/w.app, tornando fácil a nossa comunicação. No geral, tivemos uma ótima estada durante o revéillon 2017-2018.
