"The building and decoration of the lobby and rooms is lovely.To be able to eat by the
pool
was great and the wait staff and desk staff were knowledgeable and charming and spoke English well. The mattress was disappointing and the screen to my window was falling off. Also the walls to my room were so thick that Wifi was terrible. I couldn't even text my friend in the room next door. Had to go down to the
pool
for decent WiFi. Location by Teo was terrific. Daily windy summer thunderstorms...

and felt safe. I didn’t try the restaurant but it’s a nice option. The beds were not comfortable and they do not have an elevator, be aware of that. Overall it was a good experience. "

"the location of El Jaguar was perfect. The rooms were really clean but there were some maintenance issues that we came across but the staff was quick to respond and find a solution. I would definitely give them an opportunity again "
