"This was an absolutely horrendous experience. The receptionist was extremely rude to us when we arrived at the hotel (in the middle of nowhere) early evening, and refused to give us our room despite having already fully paid. The room itself was basic and unclean. We would never recommend this place to anyone."

"We had a wonderful stay. From check in to check out everything was efficient, professional & very friendly. The staff were amazing & their service outstanding. Breakfast was delicious & served with a breath taking view!! After a long dusty day to be able to return to the Sky Pavillion for dinner was a welcomed delight. Das Hotel liegt etwa 20 Minuten mit dem Tuk-Tuk von Kandy entfernt, aber genau das hat uns besonders gefallen – kein Smog, sondern pure Ruhe und Natur.
