The room was clean and comfortable but the only let down was the AC unit didn't work but there had been a power outage during our stay so not sure if related or not. Staff very friendly and welcoming and attentive, would stay here again.

The room Is outdated a little bit but with aircon and it was clean - the staff were incredible and the breakfast was comprehensive for sure. Renovations are happening but this didn’t affect sleeping hours at all. Staff asked if it bothered us we could ask them to stop- they are updating floor by floor. Downstairs and pool very modern. Location is fantastic

A 1970’s hotel which has good sized clean rooms. Comfortable bed and good shower, reasonable WiFi. Helpful staff and good food. Very convenient position in central Kandy without being noisy at night. We didn’t use the pool but it looked well maintained. Good value for money.

If you want to have an experience that gives you something like traditional vibes,then this hotel is highly recommended.All staffs are very friendly and welcoming, also places to visit are easily accessible.Long story short,highly recommended.

We really enjoyed our stay at the cubes. The staff was always friendly and courteous. Also the food was really good. The room were clean have been the only one we had in Sri Lanka without any insects. Also we were offered water every day. We would always choose the cubes again an 100% recommend this hotel

Staff were very friendly and helpful. The rooms were tired and in need of renovation . The price we paid reflected that though so can’t complain too much. The roof top bar was nice . Traffic noise at the front was quite loud . Breakfast was nothing special but ok . It was an overnight short stay only .

Check-in was ok. So was the rooms. Staff could have been more friendly especially the guy at the restaurant. Not only he served the wrong dish but was also rude when we told him about it. The blankets were very thin and unable to provide the warmth

Quite happy with my stay and will visit again.

Overall I'm quite happy with my stay. Minor problem with the hot water system but, special thanks to Razik, one of the staff who is very helpful and resolve the problem promptly. This hotel is located at a very convenient location in town with shops nearby where I can easily find convenient items. The beautiful lake of Kandy is just 5 minutes walk away. The only point I rated satisfactory is cleanliness because of the towels provided which didn't look very fresh although I'm sure they are clean.

The customer had to cancel the order since she got terribly sick. Expedia said they tried to contact the hotel, and according to Expedia the hotel didn’t respond. Expedia is also responsible for the trauma the customer encountered.

Ett mycket bra hotell. Rummet är mycket rent, bekvämt, lugnt. Personalen är mycket hjälpsamma. Frukost är underbar. Frukost personal är mycket uppmärksamma. Det här stället vet hur man ska ta hand om gäster.

部屋は清潔で問題なかったが、早朝と夜間にノックするのがニ晩連続であったので、女性一人旅だと不安になるかも。大声で「ワッツ？」と言えばいなくなるので事件にはならないでしょうけど。 朝食は分かっていたけどスリランカっぽさは皆無。炒め物の味付けがディルを使っててそこは良かった。

Siisti hotelli keskeisellä sijainnilla

Siisti, hieman historiaakin huokuva hotelli, ystävällinen palvelu. Ilmastointi toimi hyvin. Aamiainen oli ok. Keskeinen sijainti ml. juna-asemalle reilu 15 min. kävely tai tuktukilla 10 min. Tieto myöhäisestä uloskirjautumisesta ei kulkenut heillä sisäisesti, mutta asia saatiin selvitettyä nopeasti. Toinen pieni miinus usb-latausmahdollisuuden puuttuminen, kuitenkin olimme tänne asti selvinneet 2 viikon Sri Lankan lomalla ilman sikäläistä adapteria.

Vriendelijk gastvrij hotel

Prettig verblijf, met knusse oude kamer en beddengoed. Leuk zwembad en verder fijn hotel dat centraal gelegen is tussen station en tempel of tooth. Voor herhaling vatbaar.
