"The lift was not working ..:. Be checked in at 1:30 in the afternoon, and they gave us the top most player. Floor asking us to pick up Bags and go over there. We believe this was done because we are from India because we saw people checking in later and getting lower floors There was no shower gel in the bathroom. We have to wait 15 minutes to get the same. Later, the flush broke and nobody came to repair even after multiple reminders"

"My room did not have air conditioning or working heat. By 10pm my room was 78 degrees. Maintenance came to fix and decided a room change at 10pm was easy. The staff was friendly, but it was very inconvenient as a female traveler alone. "

Strangely, this is the second Wyndham resort I’ve been to in two days (in two different states) where this had happened! The staff were apologetic and immediately gave me a different room. While this one was properly made up, it was not clean. Garbage in the shower, a dirty pillow and the floors squeaked. Oh and the Wifi barely worked the entire time. But the kicker was when I went to get the “free breakfast” that was included. I was told by the staff that they were looking at a new breakfast program and didn’t have anything currently. Then why advertise it on Expedia?? One of the reasons I chose this location was because of the free breakfast and I would like to be compensated for this. Finally, I returned to my room after finding out there was no breakfast only to have my room key not working. The management of this property needs to make some serious changes. I’ll never come back here again. "

"Basic room, clean, and felt safe. The air conditioner was super loud and the curtains did not fit the window properly, so bright light from the outside walkway shined into the room all night. These rooms have outdoor access with no interior hallways. If you are light-sensitive or want extra privacy from people walking by, bring something to clip the curtains together and secure the edges. Overall, it was clean, I felt safe, and the price was right."
