"Parking was underground, which was great as it was chucking it down! Straight out of the car into lift up to reception, very friendly and smiley staff greeted us. Check in was super quick and off we went to our room. Room was great, twin room with plenty of space, clean and tidy with little delights of posh coffee and bottled water. Shower was awesome very powerful loved it. We popped up to the roof top bar and restaurant, just for cocktails which where delicious. Amazing place, great views over the lake, again friendly staff. Secret garden we didn't find still breakfast time, but worth a visit if you do stay. Breakfast was great lots to choose from highly recommend Eggs benedict and i got runny eggs. Will definitely be back to stay again. "

"Such a lovely welcoming, easy going hotel. The service from arrival to departure was amazing. Front staff, bar staff and restaurant staff all friendly and happy to help with a smile! Rooms spacious and clean with lovely Dove wash products. Offers additional ‘bits & bobs’ that may have been forgotten like toothbrush, feminine products etc which is a lovely bonus! Highly recommend!
