The kitchen has a tiled wrap-around breakfast bar with eight wooden barstools and all the essential appliances, including a refrigerator and freezer, a stove and oven, a microwave, and a coffee maker.
The master bedroom is furnished with a king-sized bed, an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, and floor-to-ceiling windows that offer gorgeous garden views. The second bedroom features a queen bed and a private patio, and the third bedroom can sleep three people between a single bed and a bunk bed. These two bedrooms share a bathroom with a walk-in shower.

We welcome your furry friends at our property! Before you book, each pet must be verified and approved based on breed and size (max 35 lbs), accompanied by a recent photo. A refundable pet fee of $200 per stay, along with an additional cleaning fee of $50 + 13% per pet, is required to ensure our home remains pristine for all guests. We allow up to two pets per reservation. Pets must be kept on a leash at all times in public areas within the property grounds. Located between the towns of Potrero and Flamingo, Surfside is an eminently walkable village where the beach is never more than a few blocks away. Several tour offices offer a variety of adventures by land and sea, and real estate offices will be happy to show you your next home in paradise.
Attractions you won’t want to miss include the beachfront Sailing Center (restaurant, bar, pool and sailing packages); the popular Perlas restaurant (a high-end roadhouse/sports bar with big-screen TVs, live music, and great wings, burgers and pizzas); the Cervecería Independiente craft brewery between the two; and other local eateries including the Shack and the Beach House.

Taxis are available but can be a bit hard to find. Many locals use buses to get around, though there are a limited number of routes and times of day when you can catch them. Private shuttles can be a great option for traveling to nearby destinations, and many tour companies offer transportation to and from the tour.
