Italian Estate in Wine Country

  • Situated in the heart of Wine Country, treat yourself to the Calle Jardin Estate, surrounded by acres of lemon and avocado trees. Complete with 6 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, full kitchen, dining, and living room area. 6' deep jacuzzi, huge front lawn with beautiful walkways, a gazebo, and beautiful views!

    Calle Jardin is secluded enough to have a quiet getaway but is located ten minutes away from eateries and other city amenities. Most wineries are within a 5-15 mile radius.

    There is limited cell reception, but calling and texting is available through the provided WiFi.

    The house stayed well-ventilated, and there is an AC and heater. At night we tend to catch the delightful sea breeze that comes in over the hills.

    The property provides plenty of space for outdoor entertainment, hiking, and spaces to relax and meditate. It's perfect for family trips, personal retreats, or a getaway with friends. Within the property, there is a trail for a nice hike to the top of the hill with amazing views.

    The orchard and other areas of the property lend themselves to beautiful pictures. You and your guests are welcome to pick citrus from the orchard!

    Calle Jardin is managed by a yoga and meditation community, so it has a welcoming energy to it!

Not good

Came for my bachelorette and the house was not the cleanest. Mattresses dirty, smelled of cat pee , and had a huge ant problem all through our house even the beds. A lot of the decor and furniture shown in the photos is not accurate to what is there. It’s a big house and had lots of bedrooms and bathrooms which was nice. But unfortunately these things made the trip much less enjoyable.

Absolutely Beautiful!

The house was just as promised and then some. We had five couples and a single and everyone was comfortable. Lots of bathrooms! We walked trails around and near the property and were able to enjoy some of the citrus grown on site. I would highly recommend this property!
