"Lovely lady receptionist upgraded us to a superior double which was spacious with a large bed and great view of the church opposite, Ben, the duty manager was very efficient with the breakfasts. He got me extra tea as requested and did a lovely takeaway bag of sausage and bacon sandwich so my husband could eat later. Great staff, stylish rustic hotel. A perfect stay!"

"I had a wonderful stay at voco Telford - Ironbridge by IHG. The hotel was welcoming, comfortable, and provided a great overall experience. A special mention has to go to the breakfast, which was absolutely delicious, with a great selection and everything freshly prepared. It was the perfect start to the day! The staff were friendly and helpful, and I would happily stay here again. Highly recommended."

"A nice location, good quality rooms. Shame that there was no food and no bar. When everything is back to the way it was, it will be a lovely place to stay. I feel it just needs some work to bring it up to standard."

"Lovely overnight stay in Ironbridge, short walk to the bridge, nice gardens, good parking, quiet, friendly staff and good service. We had a good meal in the evening sitting looking into the garden, sat in the same seat for breakfast, the best sausage I've eaten from a buffet breakfast, eggs cooked to order if required. Comfy bed and good shower, thanks for a lovely stay"

"Sadly the hotel is room only these days room was in good condition and clean a bit old fashion other than that couldn’t fault it . Bathroom was great and nice and clean. Sad there is no bar or restaurant in operation how ever plenty of places to eat with in 10m away.Being a Shrewsbury lad went to plenty of functions and weddings here sad it’s not in full operation . Plenty of parking on site and staff very helpful ."

"Lovely hotel..great room for the wedding meal…good quality food..( please make the Eton mess smaller)..all staff were really pleasant and helpful..just a great night..beds comfy..nice to have 2 pillows ..quality breakfast…5* all round"

"We stayed in a superior room which had exposed beams and a view over the fields. The bed was very comfortable. The fridge in the room was a most welcome amenity. The breakfast hamper was plentiful and provided an enjoyable breakfast. Car park was useful. We sadly missed dining hours on a Sunday. Would stay here again."
