"Our 2nd stay at this hotel and can only say great things about it. The rooms, location, food (especially the breakfasts), and I could go on, were all excellent! Most importantly, the staff, be they room service, restaurant or bar, front desk or poolside were fantastic and made us feel very welcome and cared for during our stay. We will be back again!"

"Had the absolute best time at Ayung Resort! The staff were absolutely amazing and we loved getting to go to tea time in the afternoon and hang by the beautiful pool. We had a driver, Rena, pick us up from the airport and he was the best tour guide ever —sweetest man ever and we spent the entire next day with him having him show us around the island! Couldn’t recommend him enough!!"

"We recently stayed at Andaz Sanur for 4 nights as part of my birthday week celebrations. Absolutely loved this stunning resort, the staff who couldn't do enough for you and the dining options which were available onsite. They even organised a lovely birthday cake which was very unexpected 😁 What we didn't love was the harassment we received by the ladies on the boardwalk (outside the resort) anytime we wanted to go for a walk. Everytime they saw us they would beg us to have a look at their shop and they simply wouldn't take 'no' for an answer. In the end we were harassed to the point that we were forced to find another route to walk just to avoid them. Would definitely stay at Andaz again but in hindsight would steer clear of the boardwalk. "
