We had a fantastic week staying at Prime Plaza Suites. We loved the large 2 bed apartment for our 3 young kids. The pool area was lovely. The only thing that lets it down is an inconvenient location as we like to head out a lot. Overall a fantastic experience.

Lovely family hotel. Found it quiet even though it’s just off the bypass. Hotel has its own taxi service which we found easier to use than go jek etc. Staff were all lovely and very helpful. About 10 minute walk to beach. Plenty of warungs and restaurants close by especially if you leave through the back entrance which is open till 9pm. Rooms clean and spacious with great air con in each bedroom and living room. Staff were great at keeping the grounds looking good and I believe spraying them each day to keep mosquitoes away which must have worked as we were not bitten while staying here.

Really love these spacious rooms great pools and activities for the kids, really good happy hour from 12 till 8 pm. Excellent pizzas the kids really like the kids Spa as well. Only downside is the location it’s quite a walk into town or the beach and we never seem to have time to wait for the shuttle. Fantastic face to stay as a family. I wouldn’t suggest it as a couple though

I really enjoyed the pool area and the food and the drinks. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. There are lots of activities for children and an expansive games area. The slide is pretty good for a hotel and will entertain the kids for a while at least. Short walk to the centre of Sunur where there are heaps of shops and cafes etc.

Great resort for those with kids. Kids club and pools are staffed by friendly people who genuinely love interacting with the kids. Only downside is the distance from the beach - although only a 10-15min walk by adults, it’s challenging to walk with small kids on the busy roads which are shared by cars, scooters, motorcycles and pedestrians.

Absolutely fabulous. Our party had 4 kids under 7 and they had a ball. The kid's crew are great. Pools are deep though so parental responsibility is essential. Waterslide great. The resort is spotless and the staff are very friendly and helpful. 10/10 from me.

not flexible for late check out not even for an hour even if hotel is not fully book. overall facilities is quite old and pool is small so it's always crowded.. breakfast is average, need a cab to go everywhere as beach is quite a distance and shuttle bus is infrequent and limited time. Will book because need a large managed apartment hotel otherwise lots of other options.
