"Clean, smart looking and comfortable. Decent sized bathroom with good lighting. Breakfast was great, only downside was no fried eggs, only scrambled. But everything was fresh and tasty. Would stay here again."

"It is a lovely property and my stay was a means to an end. Surprised how quiet the bar area was on a Saturday evening. Outside picture of the property was very deceiving as I didn't realise it was on the busy main A171 and noisy if you happen to be on the roadside bedrooms"

"Good sized room and bathroom. Beds were comfortable, breakfast was good. The bathroom sink is extremely small so water ends up on the floor. The sinks in rooms need to be bigger. The carpets in rooms need a deep clean."
