"The property is in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. Essentially feels like a hotel room since it’s a studio apartment with a small, attached bathroom. Little kitchenette is nice for storing leftovers. Host was easy to message with and check in process was easy. Building is quiet and clean. It was nice to have a dedicated parking spot"

"I booked the day prior to arrival due to the prior location's host cancelling unexpectedly! Nick was easy to communicate with and answered my questions promptly. The property was comfortable for the three of us. The futon style sofa bed really could not sleep two people over the age of 10. I will stay there again when I am in the area.
