"First of all, the staff at this hotel are welcoming, polite and professional. The property is conveniently located on 271st Street and Gateway Lane, less than 2 miles East of I-29, exit 73 (271st Street). A modern very well kept hotel. Safe, quiet, clean, comfortable and many hot breakfast choices. We were in the area to visit the falls and it was a short 20-minute drive from our hotel. I wish I had gotten some of the names of the staff so I could give them a personal shout-out for their great service."

"Very nice staff. Clean comfortable rooms. Pool & hot tub were awesome. Overnight staff was really nice & helpful. This place is right on the river. Beautiful views, awesome walking/biking path. The included breakfast had lots of good food to eat. Checking in & out was a breeze. I can't want to change back in October! "
