Exceptional stay at Alino Hotel! Clean room with excellent daily housekeeping ā fast, efficient, and thorough. All staff were incredibly helpful, well-trained, respectful, and friendly, always opening doors and assisting with the elevator. The guards were courteous, the staff at Kutchara were very accommodating, and the service from everyone was outstanding. Special kudos to the manager for being so compassionate and friendly. Highly recommended!

Lobby was fully staffed with about 20 people urgently waiting to assist you with your needs. Room was very large and nice. I have stayed at New World several times. I always enjoy my stay there. The staff are extremely nice and accommodating. The room is spacious, although it is a little old, but definitely very clean. This is one of the hotels I would definitely come back to whenever I am in Manila.

I had an incident which stepped on a rusty clothes hanger in the street on the way back to the hotel and the police contacted the staff here (Esmeralda) and they responded right away sending their RN and having their EMS take me to the local hospital(5mins away). Their chefs also made us a special departing treat when they were notified in convo that we were leaving (Dom and Rizki). Amazing!! Rooms are spacious and kept clean with...
