For those wanting to visit the seaside, a pretty sheltered sandy bay can be found at Bovisand, twenty miles from the property. To enjoy all that Devon has to offer, why not jump on the train and explore from Okehampton to Exeter. For fishing enthusiasts, Mill Hill Fisheries is within a mile.
