"The apartment was a bit smaller than it looked in the photos, however it was very clean and within walking distance of the town centre which was great. Additionally, having an off road parking space was really useful. The downside was the noisy neighbours, particularly the upstairs neighbours who were loud throughout the night making it difficult to get a good nights sleep."

"Had everything we needed for our three night stay and was handy to the lake for a quick dip! We enjoyed the outdoor areas and the great views of the lake. The location was quiet with the walkway along the lake good for our morning walk. Private snd plenty of room for our group of 12. Would highly recommend 👌"

"Communication on booking was so difficult I would not rent again through expedia/vrbo. Steps at property were totally unsafe and deck needed attention for safety. The house itself was comfortable "

"The position amazing. The house is an older home and great as a holiday Batch. The outside bedroom was stuffy and smelt as though it had been locked up for quite some time. The house and contents are showing wear. However we enjoyed the stay and the great position the home is in."

"We were unsure if we had the entire property or not, as we read after booking that the flat underneath was occupied. We did not know if we were able to use the attached (empty) garage or not. The WiFi did not work at all (the Deco WiFi expanders were flashing red and not connected) there was no Sky TV, we eventually managed to find TVNZ+ on the TV and only two live TV channels. We did not know that there are multiple stairs/levels and stone floors which was difficult for an elderly guest....

"Exceptionally clean and well provisioned. Had one small issue with the pilot light on the gas fire but Property Manager was very prompt at attending and fixing the issue. Would recommend this property for a quiet break-away."

"The place is clean and with complete amenities. Close to shops. Quite a neighbourhood and safe. Highly recommended ."

"All in all it was a great property, we have stayed there before. Just a couple of things, the vacuum bag was extremely full and the vacuum stopped working, I looked everywhere for a replacement bag but could not find any, we have left the vacuum downstairs by the front door. Also the single bed in the downstairs bedroom was broken before we got there so we could not use it. With that said it is a great location for us and would stay there again."

"Lovely stay at the house, view was beautiful! Comfy beds and even SKY TV to watch the All Blacks. Bit of a mix up with the lockbox but sorted quickly! Would recommend the property to others!"
