"Very much a top luxury Hotel with priced accordingly. Staff and service excellent. Spa great for relaxing with Bar service and stunning views. Rooms luxurious and views either side of the Hotel stunning. The Hotel set on the beautiful Strba Tarn against a backdrop of stunning mountains. Great walks / hiking trails very worthwhile but note they are long and quite hard to hike (proper footwear essential). Highly recommended Hotel. Thank you for our stay."

"The staff (Joanna) was very helpful and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable (nothing super fancy, but good in all the ways you need it to be). The breakfast was excellent - lots of selections and good quality. Very nice they keep the breakfast room open for coffee and tea all day. Will definitely stay here again. "

"Breakfast buffet was wonderful and catered really well for Gluten Free with gluten-free bread every morning! Professional staff who went above and beyond. Noise from ongoing building works next door unfortunately kept us awake early in the morning. Would happily stay again otherwise as no other complaint. "

"4 Beds dorm are more inconvenient then 6 bed dorm though paying more. Most 4 Bd dorm have no privacy curtain and head lights and it is inside the 6 Bed dorm, sharing the same one tiolet. Staff on 25-Sep when checkin was friendly and helpful but staff on 26=Sep was unfriendly and feeling annoyed, sitting there looking pretty and only smile to her hand phone. Not too customer oriented. Breakfast was not well laid, like no breakfast. Condition below average."

"Rooms need some update. They seem to be stuck in time of 70’s, but overall it’s nice, although small..Convenient location at the center of Krupowki. Stayed there 4 times, because of it’s located and cheap parking."

"Um das Hotel eine einzige Großbaustelle. Die Rezeption ließ uns eine Viertelstunde warten und plauderte so lange lieber mit Freunden draußen. Die Zimmer sind extrem hellhörig. Selbst leise Gespräche aus den Nachbarzimmern sind gut zu verstehen. Dafür laufen slowakische Schlager in mittlerer Erdbebenlautstärke von 8 Uhr bis 22 Uhr im Restaurant. Komplett überfüllter Frühstücksraum am Morgen. Unter den winzig kleinen Balkonen befinden sich Kinderspielplatz, Restaurantterrasse, Streichelzoo,...
