"Nice overall, but could be a lot better if they sweated the details. The rooms have nice balconies but no furniture. The spa fitness center has a nice hot tub, sauna and steam room, but no weights ir benches. The room is spacious, but there's no luggage rack. The bathroom has a hair dryer, but no shampoo. Etc."

"My first impression driving to the hotel, was have I made a mistake. The hotel is quite dated, and with a derelict hotel next to it. However, check in staff were very helpful and friendly. We had a family room with 2 rooms both with very comfortable beds. The towels and bed sheets were high quality. Most noticeable about the room was how very clean it was. Breakfast was nice Polish style and was fresh every day. For the price I found the hotel great. The only down side was the Wi-Fi was...

"The hotel is a 20/25 minute walk from the train station but don't let this put you off staying here the walk there gives you a great look at all the shops/restaurants thats around the area. I went to 'burger i piwo' and 'regionalny bar' that located a 5min walk. Staff at hotel very friendly in helping me check in/out. The room was quiet during night "great" i would gave this room a 4.7 out of 5 just because it needs a new carpet but other than that room clean."

"Excellent location. Walking distance to restaurants, bars, entry to Gubałówka. Hotel room was very quiet and our sleep wasn’t disturbed by any noise from the street. "

"Recommend to update the couches, they were well used and stained. Otherwise the stay was great. Note this resort is a bit far from the centre of town and requires a car or use of taxi to get around."

"Villa Zauber is an absolutely beautiful and as the name suggests, clean. The apartments are spacious and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. I wish the TV had YouTube and/or Netflix for the kids."

"Stayed at Górski Pałacyk for few nights four adults and two teenagers. We had a great time. Property complex features few multistory houses with comfy apartments. We loved proximity to all attractions. Breakfast was delicious, large selection of food with menu change daily. Breakfast are served in a room with stunning view on Tatra Mountains. There is also jacuzzi and sauna which we used. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and well equipped. "
