"Was unable to establish communication with the host on the day of check-in, kept trying the next day, the host ghosted me for 8 hours while I waited. Ignore dozens of phone calls from me as well. Finally got connected thanks to VRBO support and host informed me that since I wasn't able to get into the property on the first day that they can just keep my money and rent it out to someone else if they want."

"Our stay was fabulous, being right next to the Metro line was the biggest plus about the rental. It was literally across the street. The rental was clean and had all that we needed. The kitchen was well stocked and we were able to eat breakfast every day with enough dish ware and utensils for 6. The only negative was the poor lighting in the main bathroom and some of the bedrooms. We would definitely stay there again."
