"There was stains on bedding. The shower was poor and could not get the right temperature. Water was scalding and could not get it cooler when putting on cold tap and pressure dropped so could not use.
Mattress on bed very hard.No sleep.
Kettle leaked. Switched itself back on after boiling so had to switch off at the mains."
"What I found interesting was that they charged a £50 deposit per night in case you caused any damage to the facilities, even though there was only a very old hairdryer and a small TV in the room. Another strange thing was that they charged £10 per night for using the parking, which I found quite unusual."
"The room was clean enough but mirrors were streaky and bed was super hard, the conditioner dispenser was broken and the shampoo was empty (cleaning staff should check these daily)
The real let down was the breakfast service and the cleanliness of the downstairs seating area, one seemed for breakfast eventually I was welcomed to the chaos of the breakfast buffet there was no order to it and have of the buffet was empty the plats and cups could do with a good wash or replaced.
