"Blood stain on ceiling. The wall had a water stain and a crack above the bed. House keeping was making their rounds at 9am when check out wasn’t until 11am. Hot tub is listed as an amenity but there isn’t one and apparently hasn’t had one in years. Room service is advertised but not available. We had to call twice to ask for silverware for our door dash order. I stay here every year for the tattoo convention and this is the second year in a row that we’ve had issues. Bar staff is wonderful though!"

"A cute little place in a quiet neighbourhood just a few minutes drive from Broadway. Very nice galley kitchen and appliances. Dish soap, hand soap and laundry detergent were provided. Very clean. Unfortunately, we arrived before the spring cleanup. Once that happens the yard will resemble the photos. Overall great property at a most reasonable nightly cost."
