"Sabrina and Claudia are consummate hosts and understand what constitutes a high-end experience! The accommodation was spotlessly clean, the shower powerful and the rooms spacious with every comfort needed. Staying at the Giuggiulena Villa was the perfect start to our holiday, we were made to feel at home immediately! "We found the apartament with no issues and Caroline (the owner) seemed lovely. The place was very quirky and had a pleasant vibe to it. Unfortunately, this is where the positives end. I was hugely disappointed that the images on hotels.com were labeled completely incorrectly. The room was supposed to have a private balcony with a sea view. "Wonderful hosts, very friendly and welcoming and made our stay very comfortable. Beautiful rooftop terrace to spend some time outside but out of the strong sun. Kids loved the bunk beds! Easy walking distance to cafes/bakery/restaurants etc and close to Ortigia. Filter water on tap and fridge in room was very handy. Grateful for the facilitation for early check in. "Host, Salvos, was a real asset. We had a dreadful start to our holiday with a five hour flight delay and as a result our car hire vehicles were rented out to others. Salvos helped us - a party of eight - get to the villa. Nothing was too much trouble. He loaned us his car so we could do a supermarket shop. He was the perfect host.
