"電視太老舊，畫質非常差，每台大小聲差很多，是最不滿意的地方。 房間備有玻璃水瓶可自行到該樓層的飲水機裝水，節省寶特瓶的環保作為很棒，自備盥洗用具而獲得便利商店購物金回饋也很棒。 交誼廳免費供應咖啡和小餅乾，健身房器材大約有六七項，洗衣機和烘衣機不少台（好像是免費的），都蠻不錯～"

"優點：地點佳，近桃園車站。附近有許多食店及便利商店。房間算寬敞，可以打開28吋行李箱。冷氣及熱水充足。缺點：無職員管理，全自助入住及退房，假如遇上問題無法求助。一開房門在床邊地上殺了兩只小曱甴，害我整晚有點害怕。"

"Breakfast is no longer provided by a restaurant beside the lobby as it no longer operating. Instead it delivery by order. There a 24hr supermarket next door though giving a good options to buy drinks and other groceries. The bus stop is quite close but it take almost 45 minute not including waiting time from the airport."
