"I just happened here, avoiding stand-stiil traffic on I-80. Staff at Gem & Keystone were really excellent, and directed me to the main lodge after I ate there. Made 2 separate reservations for my next foray into this area. Beautiful, lovely people, scenery and food! I'll be back!!"

"For almost $250 per night I expected a room that was bigger than a good-sized closet, s bathroom larger than 2’X2’, with more than 1 ply toilet paper, a toilet seat that slid, a teeny bar of cracked soap, thin towels, an overhead light too dim for reading, a reading lamp bolted to the bureau near a hard wooden chair that one would have to be a pretzel to use for reading. In short, unconscionable to charge that much for such primitive accommodations. We bolted and got a room at IHG for $190 that...

"This place should be avoided at all costs. Read the google reviews before booking. We checked out the same night we arrived, it was basically uninhabitable. The room was tiny, there were bugs in the bathroom, the TV didn't work, the bathroom looked like it was from the 1970s, and the security/lighting around the place was sketchy. I would not recommend anyone stay there."
