"Lovely boutique hotel in Tirana. Staff were really friendly, a wonderful lady from the team even lending me her own umbrella on a rather rainy day! Was really grateful. Room was absolutely gorgeous. Spacious, clean and the free standing bath tub was a nice touch. The mini fridge and kettle were life savers! Convenient location too, Ring shopping mall is across the road which has the Conad supermarket as well as clothes stores and fast food options. About 20-30 minutes from most tourist attractions such as the mosque and Blloku. Keep in mind it's a very busy area. Constant traffic passing through a gigantic roundabout so you'll hear car horns all day and night. Room is pretty soundproof though. Would suggest hotel policies are communicated properly. The hotel is attached to its own restaurant next door which is where I went for breakfast first morning only to realise the inclusive breakfast is actually served on the 2nd floor of that same restaurant. So I paid for something that was already included in my booking! Breakfast was ok. Food didn't seem as fresh and was always running low although I did eat quite late. Wasn't aware the wifi code was only for 3 days either so had to call reception to obtain another code. A great stay however and staff were really great."

"This hotel was basic but went above and beyond what we expected. It was perfectly clean with large rooms and a good sized bathroom. All soaps and shower gels were included in the room. There is a mini fridge with multiple bottles cold water on arrival while also being offered bottles upon check in. We only stayed here for a night for a stop over in Albania but was perfect location from the bus stop from the airport and easy location for onward travel. Only downside was the hotel was a little noisy. The walls seemed to be very thin."

"Many odd things made this a strange experience. There are no drawers to put clothes in; there are no shelves in the shower, so you have to put the bottles of shampoo and body wash provided on the floor while you are in there; the mini fridge door can’t be opened unless you lift up the rug that blocks it; there is a small mysterious dial outside the bathroom with no indication of what it is supposed to do; there’s also an old-fashioned shoe polishing machine for some reason right near the reception desk in the very small lobby. Twice I filled out in advance the requested breakfast form, but both mornings the staff in the dining room were surprised to hear about that. The most worrisome thing was that my room key not only had the name of the hotel, but my room number as well, so that if I had dropped it out in the street anyone picking it up could easily get into my room. Service and attention to practical design details would make this a much better place."
