"Straightaway, we were met with Selma. The most wonderful girl at the reception desk. She gave us the most wonderful welcome, upgrade, always helpful during our entire stay and genuinely made what started as a bad trip, completely different as soon as we stepped into the hotel. The hotel was gorgeous and clean."

"I originally booked a 2-night stay, but extended it to a week because I was happy with the hotel (location, room, staff, and breakfast. ). Staff: very professional, friendly and helpful. The staff speaks English very well, so that helped me (as an English speaker) to communicate better. Room: Beautiful decor, comfortable bed, plenty of hot water for showering, good air conditioning, quiet. Breakfast: Very tasty; a good variety of items (eggs, meat, dairy, fruit, salad, bread and croissants, etc. ). Hotel: Beautiful decor and very traditional. Good location to walk to parks, restaurants and shops. Lobby and lounge areas are well decorated, have comfortable seating, and have a welcoming, relaxed vibe. Note: no elevator, so it may not be suitable for those who have mobility difficulties. I would definitely consider returning to this hotel for future visits to Tirana."

"Nestled off the main road with access to private parking area by security. The entrance is also behind the main road about 50m from the carpark. Welcoming reception and staff. Ok sized room which was clean and tidy. Breakfast was nice enough. No complaints really 3.75/5"

"The hostel has great staff. Very helpful and understanding. However, I would say a 9.2 rating is a bit high though. A would give it a solid 8.0. My recommendation is to book either the 8 or 6 bed room. If you book the 10 bed (5 bunks) you'll be on the bottom floor next to the lobby, kitchen, porch, ect. It can be a bit noisy. Location is excellent. You are close by bars, restaurants, food, the mall and central bus terminal. If you need a gym there is Limitless Fitness Tirana inside the mall. 10 euro day pass. Open 24 hours day."
